With more than 14 years post admission experience as Notary Public, we are familiar with the preparation, registration and execution of certain documents in the Deeds Registry. Only an admitted Notary Public can prepare, register and execute certain documents. 

We assist clients with preparation and registration of antenuptial contracts in the Deeds Registry, authentication of notarial documents for use outside the Republic, preparation of Apostilles, preparation and registration of notarial bonds, preparation and registration of servitudes and cession, preparation and registration of notarial lease agreements, preparation and registration of usufruct, preparation and registration of maritime bonds and sea protests and application for postnuptial contracts to change marital regime from in community to out of community of property in the High Court in terms of section 21 of the Matrimonial Property Act.
