We assist client in instituting or defending divorce proceedings in the Magistrate Court and High Court. We also assist clients with Rule 43 applications pending finalization of divorce that is interim applications for maintenance and legal costs. We assist in representing our clients in Court, custody and access of the minor children, parental care and guardianship, division of the joint estate and recovery of spouse’s pension fund.

We also advise and assist clients with application for maintenance orders, application for increase or decrease of maintenance orders, suspension, variation, amendment or rescission of a maintenance order, arranging scientific tests regarding paternity, application for substitution or discharge of maintenance orders, application for enforcement and execution of maintenance orders, attachment of emoluments and maintenance appeals. 

We advise and assist clients with instituting or defending application for protection orders, and harassment orders, application for variation and setting aside of protection or harassment orders and appeals against protection or harassment orders.
