ERIC is an experienced legal practitioner having been an admitted as an Attorney for 20 years, a Conveyancer for 15 years and Notary Public for 14 years. He has a right of appearance to appear in the High Court in terms of section 25 (3) of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014 since 2007 and have appeared in the Magistrate Courts, High Courts, Labour Courts, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court. He is highly regarded as a knowledgeable jurist and regularly advises junior colleagues in the legal profession. Some of his career highlights includes but not limited to his involvement in precedent-setting reported judgment in the Supreme Court of Appeal such as Road Accident Fund v Masindi 2018 (6) SA 481 (SCA). He was appointed by the Legal Practice Council as an Examiner for Attorneys admission examinations since 2022. In 2023 he was appointed a Committee Member responsible for Investigative and Disciplinary hearings of the Legal Practice Council. He serves as Chairperson of these committees from time to time. He was recently appointed by the Legal Practice Council as an Examiner for Conveyancing admission examinations.

Supporting Staff

The firm has realised the need for collective work and has employed capable supporting staff who are always at hand to ensure that our clients receive priority in the provision of quality legal services. Currently the staff complements consists of senior Associate Attorney and in house Counsel, two Candidate Attorneys, three Messengers and two Secretaries who are all committed to ensure the best possible results for our client cases.
